Robbie Lou Chisum, 77, of New Boston, Texas, passed away on February 23, 2025, in a Texarkana hospital. She was born on September 17, 1947, in McCurtain County, Oklahoma. Robbie was a devoted homemaker and a dedicated volunteer with several community organizations in New Boston.
