Texas A&M University- Texarkana will be hosting its 2nd annual Teachers Law School on June 29th. The event is free and will take place from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. inside Eagle Hall on the A&M-Texarkana campus. The free professional development workshop is designed to address important legal issues facing public educators, and participants will receive a Continuing Education Credit Certificate.

2023 Miss DeKalb Contestants

The students listed on the Dean’s List of Academic Honors at Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas, are undergraduates who have achieved a grade point average of at least 3.5 out of a perfect 4.0 in all work attempted while enrolled in not less than 12 semester hours. The university would like to recognize the following students for earning the honor for the Fall 2022 semester.
