ANGIE GARZA

Angie Garza of New Boston, Texas passed away Saturday, February 11, 2023 at a Texarkana, Texas hospital. She was 79.

Angie was born September 7, 1943 in Premont, Texas to Julian Arellano and Sophia Herrera. She was a retired beautician and a member of St. Mary of the Cenacle Catholic Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her husband, Donaciano Garza of New Boston, Texas; two sons and one daughter-inlaw, Don Garza, Jr. of New Boston, Texas and Lewis and Judy Garza of Falfurrias, Texas; five grandchildren, Dustin Garza, Bailie Meadows and her husband, Brandon, Kyle Williams and his wife, Tracy, Krystal Canning and her husband, Brian, and David Garza and his wife, Ashley; five great grand children; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

A mass of Christian burial will be 2:00 P.M. Friday, February 17, 2023 at St. Mary of the Cenacle Catholic Church in New Boston, Texas with Father Palmer officiating. Interment will follow at Ringwood Cemetery in New Boston, Texas.

Visitation with Rosary will be held 11:30 A.M. to 1:30 P.M. Friday, February 17, 2023 at Bates Family Funeral Home in De Kalb, Texas.
