If you are looking for your next meal, look no further than Downtown New Boston where, seated between the Tribune office and Barfield’s Home & Supply, is a little piece of Italy. Roma opened its doors at 11 am Monday, January 8, to much jubilation, both from residents in and around New Boston and us in the Tribune office alike. And, while Kenny, Allyson and I weren’t the first patrons through the door, we definitely weren’t far behind. From the moment you walk in the doors, your senses are swept away from Northeast Texas.
