Stormy Holidays
I shared from John 6 as I spoke to a group of ladies about Christ walking on water to His disciples in a storm where he said, “It is I; do not be afraid,” one of the ladies cried as I read the scripture. Have you ever thought about the storms in your life? Do yours come at you so fast you barely catch your breath? For some of you, with Christmas ahead and on the heels of Thanksgiving, the holiday will remind you how your family isn’t perfect like the ones in photos on social media. Or you find yourself alone. Or wishing to go home but can’t afford to pursue such a dream.

Hello everyone! Merry Merry Christmas!!! Holidays are in full swing and I’m sure we’re all quite busy. I am trying to not rush the season and truly enjoy it. I pray for you to enjoy the season! Some of us might be celebrating Christmas differently and that’s ok! But GOD sent HIS SON JESUS! Savior of the world, Prince of Peace, Wonderful Counselor, and Enteral Hope for everyone! For the wealthiest man to the poorest man he came for everyone!

The Birth of Christ
Matthew 1:18-25 - Now the birth of Jesus Christ happened this way. While his mother Mary was engaged to Joseph, but before they came together, she was found to be pregnant through the Holy Spirit. Because Joseph, her husband to be, was a righteous man, and because he did not want to disgrace her, he intended to divorce her privately. When he had contemplated this, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream and said, “Joseph, son of David, do not be afraid to take Mary as your wife, because the child conceived in her is from the Holy Spirit. She will give birth to a son and you will name him Jesus, because he will save his people from their sins.”
